Log in to your SHANYI Member Account and go to Order History to locate the order you'd like to return.

② Select Your Order

From your order list, find the applicable order and click "Return Status" to access the return management page.

③ Click "Request a Return"

On the order details page, click "Request a Return" to begin the return process.

④ Complete the Return Information

Select the item(s) you wish to return, choose the reason for the return, and provide the required return and refund information.

After reviewing your information, click "Submit Return Request" to complete your application.

⑤ Return Request Review

Once your request has been submitted, our customer service team will review your return as soon as possible and guide you through the next steps.

If additional information is required, we will contact you directly.

⑥ Track Your Return Status

You can return to Order History at any time to check your return status, review approval updates, and follow the refund progress.

📌 Return Policy

✔ Return requests must be submitted within 7 days after receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

✔ Returned items must be unused and returned with their original packaging, accessories, and complimentary gifts for inspection.

✔ Consecrated items, customized products, clearance items, and selected promotional products are not eligible for returns.

✔ Refunds will be processed using the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
