📦 2. Shipping Information

🚚 In-Stock Items

Orders for in-stock products will be shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

📦 Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are expected to be shipped within 7–30 business days, depending on product availability. Please refer to the product page for the estimated shipping schedule.

Business days do not include:

• Weekends
• Public holidays
• The day the order is placed

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.

📧 Order confirmations, payment notifications, and shipping updates will be sent via email. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address.

🏪 3. Convenience Store Pickup

Please collect your package within 7 days after it arrives at the designated convenience store.

⚠ Convenience stores and logistics providers cannot extend the parcel holding period. Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender.

✔ Orders with convenience store payment may be collected by an authorized family member or friend.

✔ For prepaid convenience store pickup, valid identification may be required according to the store's policy.

📦 If a package is returned due to failure to collect it within the pickup period, any applicable shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund.

📌 If you need to update your recipient information, phone number, or shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

🌏 4. International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping for customers worldwide.

📍 Hong Kong, Macau & China

Orders are shipped via SF Express. Available payment methods are subject to the options displayed during checkout. Oversized items may require shipping charges to be paid upon delivery.

📍 Other International Destinations

Orders are shipped via EMS International Express Mail Service.

As shipping fees, customs duties, and import regulations vary by country, we recommend contacting our customer service team before placing your order.

Products that include Divine Blessing Ceremonies, custom-made items, or pre-order service-based products are prepared specifically for each order. Once the blessing ceremony, customization process, or related service has begun, these orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

Please review the product information carefully before placing your order.

Due to the nature of e-commerce logistics, customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, quantities, payment information, and shipping information are accurate before checkout.

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges and related expenses. SHANYI reserves the right to seek reimbursement for shipping losses where applicable under relevant laws and regulations.
