For food safety and hygiene reasons, food products cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

Once your order is confirmed, we begin arranging the blessing ceremony or customization process.
These products are considered customized service-based products.
For pre-order blessing products, once the blessing process has been scheduled or started:

❌ Returns are not accepted.
❌ Refunds are not available.
❌ Exchanges are not accepted.

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item is delivered, we will gladly assist you according to our return policy.

Natural crystals and gemstones are unique creations of nature.
Every crystal has its own distinctive appearance, texture, color, and natural characteristics.
The following are considered natural features rather than defects:

✨ Minor size variations (approximately ±0.5 mm)
In addition, colors may appear slightly different due to lighting conditions, photography, or monitor settings.
These characteristics are normal and do not qualify as product defects.
If you are seeking perfectly flawless crystals, we recommend carefully considering your purchase before placing an order.
🛍️ Non-Food Products
Unless otherwise excluded by applicable consumer protection laws, eligible products include a 7-day cooling-off period starting from the day after delivery.
Please note that the cooling-off period is not a trial period.
Returned products must:
✔ Be unused
✔ Be in brand-new condition
✔ Include all original packaging, accessories, and gifts
✔ Remain suitable for resale
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Divine Blessing products
• Pre-order products
• Products already processed through blessing or customization services
• Products excluded by applicable laws
If a product is confirmed to be defective, we will replace it with the same item whenever possible.
📦 Return & Exchange Guidelines
✅ Defective Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days.
SHANYI will cover the necessary shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
🔄 Non-Defective Products
For returns requested due to personal preference (such as size, style, or color):
✔ Requests must be submitted within 7 days.
✔ Products must remain unused and in original condition.
✔ Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
Requests submitted after the return period cannot be accepted.
💳 Refund Information
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed according to the original payment method.
Credit Card
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your card issuer.
Bank Transfer
Approved refunds will be transferred to your designated bank account. Processing time depends on your financial institution.
📮 Unclaimed Packages
Please collect your package before the pickup deadline.
If a package is returned because it was:
• Not collected
• Refused upon delivery
• Delivered using incorrect recipient information
The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required for reshipment.
Customers with repeated unclaimed orders may be subject to purchasing restrictions or limited payment options.
